Design:

The design phase focuses on visual design and information architecture. Depending on the type of project, we spend this time designing mock-ups, conducting interviews, and establishing content. With client goals in mind, we provide ideas and direction through a variety of design options.

Development:

Our design & programming team build customized solutions that will be used to accomplish your goals. Since we start from the beginning, we're able to develop functionality that fits within your identity.

Integration:

It all comes together during the integration phase. The design scheme is integrated with the technical solutions, and the marketing elements are added to create a working version of the final solution. Content is reviewed, systems are configured, and the final pieces are put into place.

Quality Assurance:

Our QA standards puts client projects through scrutiny. We exhaust possible scenarios so that there are no surprises after deployment.

Delivery:

The project is released to the client for acceptance. With their approval, the project is formally launched. This is not the end of our role; we remain involved and available to address any issues that may arise. We consider ourselves partners in our clients' success.

Follow-Up:

Within six months of project completion, a client interview is conducted to discuss the experience and the preliminary results. We don’t leave success to chance... we carefully build success by using "Our Process."
